In the wee hours of the morning of Friday, January 13, 2023 fire destroyed 50-year-old commercial property along Highway 7. Among the tenants displaced by the disaster was Melinda’s Café & Coffee owned by Daniel and Alanna Owen. The Village Voice published this story about the fire. Daniel and Alanna Owen join us today to give us an update on the events and their plans to rebuild/relaunch the café.
