There’s no substitute for driving—or in my case, riding—through the neighborhoods of Hot Springs Village if you’re trying to figure out whether Hot Springs Village might be the right place for you.
This time, I climbed aboard the XMAX and headed into neighborhoods around Lake Pineda.
One thing I enjoy about these rides is that they show you a side of Hot Springs Village you won’t necessarily see in real estate listings or promotional material. You get to see the actual streets, homes, landscaping, terrain, and wooded surroundings that make up everyday life here.
And that matters because Hot Springs Village isn’t one big cookie-cutter development. After more than five decades of development, different areas of the Village have their own look and feel. Homes were built during different eras, lots vary tremendously, and even neighborhoods fairly close to one another can feel surprisingly different.
The Lake Pineda area is another good example.
As we ride through, you’ll see mature trees, established homes, quiet streets, and the natural setting that attracts so many people to Hot Springs Village in the first place. It’s not about showing you a handful of carefully selected houses—it’s about giving you the experience of actually moving through the neighborhood.
