About 20 years ago Dan Trepanier and his wife, retired from Racine, Wisconsin to Hot Springs Village. For 34 years Dan taught physical education while his wife worked as a teacher’s assistant. Enduring the harsh winters that accompany living near Lake Michigan provoked them to consider where they might like to retire. After extensive searching, they settled on Hot Springs Village and never looked back. Says Dan, “We love every day that we’re here.”
Dan currently works as a marshall for the Coronado Golf Course.
