One year ago today we started our podcast. In some ways, it feels like we’ve been doing this for years – even though our performance doesn’t look or sound like it. 😉

Happy birthday to your wonderful show!! I became aware of your podcasts a few months ago and I’ve watched just about all of them. I’ve lived here 13 months but have learned more from your shows about the area and the POA than I have from any other source. I too am from the DFW area having spent 50 years there. And yes the DFW I enjoyed for so long is changing and I sought out a more “peaceful” way of life. And I’m as pleased as punch I made the move! I continue to go back to DFW about once every 4-5 weeks because of family and friends but I’m happy to now call Hot Springs Village my home.. And so far quite a few of them have come to visit me and some may even move here! Keep on keepin on my friend!
