Diamante Country Club celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. A main attraction is the clubhouse and the dining experience that members get to enjoy. Executive Chef, Terry Thompson, relocated to Hot Springs Village from Portland, Oregon, over 6 years ago. For the past year or so, he’s been responsible for dishing out superb cuisine at Diamante.
