Three years ago in July, Chief Bennett reported for duty in Hot Springs Village after a long career in Texarkana. It was a bit of a homecoming for Kristi. At her exit from Texarkana, she said, “I’ve been given the opportunity to go home where my family lives, and I’m very excited for the opportunity to spend more time with my family and my parents and my grandparents.” We’re happy she came home.
