Cinco de Mayo, which translates to “Fifth of May” in Spanish, is a yearly celebration on May 5th that commemorates Mexico’s victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. For most of us, it’s an excuse for great Mexican cuisine. Here inside Hot Springs Village that means one place, El Jimador.
