One of the most surprising things I’ve learned from talking with people interested in Hot Springs Village is just how different they all are. Some are retired couples where one spouse is completely sold on HSV, while the other is hesitant because they’ve never even visited. Others are single retirees, widows, widowers, golfers, non-golfers, nature lovers, budget-conscious planners, or people simply looking for a quieter, more intentional next chapter. The common thread isn’t golf or even retirement itself — it’s the desire to build a better life.
