After the COVID-19 pandemic unwound, we were able to return to our dentists. Visiting the dentist isn’t often mentioned when we think of the fallout from that event, but for those of us who were accustomed to regular visits, it pushed us far behind. My visits were pushed even further behind because my longtime dentist retired, selling his practice to a younger, arrogant guy I didn’t like (or trust). By the time I discovered Plaza Carmona Dental Associates in Hot Springs Village, thanks to the audience who highly recommended Dr. Kristi Golden, I was almost two years behind on my scheduled cleanings.
From the time I booked the appointment through that first cleaning, it was better than any dental visit I’d ever had. And I’ve regularly gone to dentists my entire life. But for me, it’s not about discomfort or pain. It’s the whole experience of doing something I’d honestly rather not do, but it’s vastly better than losing teeth or enduring ongoing mouth pain. I’m fanatical about customer experience, and it was awesome finding a dental practice that seemed to share my fanaticism.
