Todd Noles is the new Street & Sanitation Superintendent for Hot Springs Village. We appreciate Todd’s leadership in serving our community. From summer work at the Town Homeowners Association where he cut grass to doing construction as a POA crew member, becoming a licensed forester and Wildlife and Common Property Manager, Todd has proven himself a valuable resource for the Village. Thanks to his hard-working staff and all the dedicated workers, Todd continues to pave the way for high-performance.
